Onward Support (2KB) Every care is taken in the design to ensure continued supply of critical components and compliance with future needs or regulations. Unforeseen events do occasionally arise that conspire against the best laid plans.

Even after the formal contract has ended, Hawkshead has a long history of providing support to Client Companies. If it is a small matter, such as assuring a component substitution, this often carried out at no charge.

Matters requiring significant time may require a new contract provision but the time invested in the first place will greatly reduce the risks and costs should the unforeseen occur.
