The Team

As with many small companies, the Team is structured on two levels. The in-house team provides all of the front line contact and much of the unique service. Strategic close alliances exist with others to fulfil certain roles or add capacity and flexibility.

The immediate support team:

Absolute Software - fuelled by Paul Massey's move to Bosleake in 2002, mutual business between Absolute Software and Hawkshead has accelerated. Embedded programming and electronic design are coincident in many products. As such Paul and Peter have worked together on many projects across the years including communications products, infra red remote controls & audio processor. The complementary skills coupled with the high degree of individual specialism provide clients with a total solution where the constituent resources are now right next door to one another.

Steve Reynolds - Long standing friend and colleague, Steve worked with Peter at the instrumentation company, Solomat. Steve started in the service department before progressing to add PCB layout design to his skills. Part of Steve's training in PCB design came from Peter! Design work is pre-dominantly in Protel providing seamless links to Hawkshead's facility. Hawkshead has stringent requirements for first prototypes of novel designs, which often find themselves in Steve's hands, who continues to support to his own clientele too.
